Back to School

For this week's challenge at Mo's - Back to School and my take on the first day of school picture.   I used the image Helena and Henry, paper pieced Helena's dress then cropped the picture to fit in the frame.   The papers are all Webster's Pages, colored with Copic markers and finished with a grosgrain ribbon.   Thank you for looking

Feeling Blue

This week's challenge from Mo is Feeling Blue.   Blue is my favorite color and I wanted to make the color the star of the show.   I chose the image Prima (one of my favorites and one I use a lot) and the boldest blues I own.   Colors like cobalt accenting with some lighter blues.   I glitzed her up with Stickles and Copic Spica markers.   The paper and bloomers are from Webster's Pages and the punch is Martha Stewart.   Thank you for looking!

Christmas Joy

Sigh, technology is challenging me today.   As did this "anything but a card" challenge.   This is a Christmas wall hanging.    If I could have gotten the picture right you would have been able to tell this is an ornament decorated with the lovely Bella Loves Christmas, ribbon and flowers atop Christmas paper by K & Company.  The sentiment is from Graphic 45 and says "Christmas joy is in my heart".   I had quite a lot more on the plaque but it seemed to overwhelm poor Bella and I wanted her to be star.    It's okay because I have plenty of time to play with this before I hang it up!   Thank you for looking!

Wonder

Easel card for Mo's Challenge.   It's always all about the paper for me and I wanted Mo's image to look as if she is part of the background.   The image is Baby Fairy Yuriko who is feeding a hummingbird.   The paper is from Webster's Pages Wonderfall collection, the trim is, yellow, Webster's Pages, white, K & Company.   Colored with the following Copic Markers:
E000, E00, E21, E49, E50, E51, E53, R32, R20, YR02, G17, G83, BG15, Y17, Y19, Y21.   I also glittered her up but it isn't showing in the picture.
